Shipping & Returns

Once ordered, your goods will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being processed.

Goods will be shipped to the address you provided during the payment process.  Shipping will by our usual method for the type of goods you have ordered.  If a courier is used, a tracking number may be provided via email to assist you in tracking your goods.

If there are any difficulties please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem.

Goods return can only be done via an RGA number.  An RGA number is obtained by contacting our office within 24 hours of receiving your items.  RGA is only issued for goods that are damaged or faulty on receipt.  If you have purchased in error a refund may only be offered for the value of the goods less any shipping costs and restocking fees.
